As today’s world grow smaller and people move more frequently doing manually background checks online at each different departments office in each state is extremely time consuming and the access to fresh and updated all-in-one-place is crucial.
One of the first searches in a free criminal background search is the fundamental records search. This should bring forth some of the more basic information such as the date of birth, previous addresses, marriages and other personal details of the individual in question. A paid search should include at least 15 years of background history but preferably more. You can go to our recommended
Criminal Background Checks sites to to see what they should include.
A search should include SSN numbers so that you can conduct SSN authentication which can reveal a load of information about a person. The SSN could be verified from the records existing with the DMV as well. There has been a lot of cases with falsified SSN cards and Since they would look close to the original one, the truth can be revealed only during the investigation and a tourough background check.
The DMV are not allowed to give out information about a driver’s history but if you have a legal claim they might give it to you anyhow. Also, there are some persons offering public access to this kind of information at ridiculous high prices in various Criminal Background Checks forums online. The services recommended on the sites in this article all have full DMW access but they are compiled legally through the use of private investigators. All services mentioned on this site should be fully compliant with all American Laws.

FBI Criminal Record Check
January 9th, 2008 by Red and Blue News Editor
Security is an important issue these days. Especially in the wake of September 11, many employers and individuals are tightening their grip on their workers and people they have to deal with. From taxi drivers, to airline security offers, to cooks, many companies are calling on the FBI and the Immigration and Naturalization Services to check on everything from legal status to job resumes.
One of the steps companies do is ask employees and potential employees for FBI record checks, otherwise known as FBI Identification Record, Criminal History Record or in layman’s terms, a Rap Sheet. A Rap Sheet lists information culled from fingerprint records kept by the FBI in relation to all arrests, naturalization, military service or federal employment. If the prints happen to be associated with an arrest, the criminal record includes such information such as the date of arrest, the charges filed against the individual and the name of the agency that gave the fingerprints to the FBI (such as a local police department). The information in this Criminal record includes reports on the disposition of the arrest, fingerprints and other related reports of the filing agencies.
It is important to note however that not everyone can get an free background check The United States Department of Justice put up regulations regarding who can access his own FBI Identification Record. It’s the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division who processes requests for obtaining an FBI Background Check.
There are many reasons why an individual would wish to request for a copy of his criminal record. It may be to submit his criminal record to his employer, to challenge his record or simply to review it. Couples who wish to adopt a foreign child may also request for a copy. Still many others who choose to live or work abroad may wish for a copy of their criminal record as proof their good conduct. If you do not have a criminal rap sheet of any sort, you may also ask for a record that shows proof that no such [spin|record|criminal record[/spin]exists. Keep in mind that only you may be able to ask for your own criminal record. You may not see other individuals’ personal records. Also, keep in mind that an FBI background checks does not come for free. It doesn’t cost much, though, only at $18 payable through a certified check addressed to the Treasury of the United States, money order or credit card.
This is why you need to get your criminal background check now!
Read my shirt - know my faith
November 3rd, 2007 by Red and Blue News Editor
Evangelism is a big word that scares a lot of Christians. We know we’re supposed to tell others about Jesus. But actually doing so can be daunting.
But there’s a very easy way to do so that many believers don’t think of. It simply involves wearing Christian clothing?
A lot of us aren’t comfortable with sharing our faith to strangers. We stumble for words. We worry we’ll say the wrong thing. But if the message is on the clothes we wear, the truth of the Bible and the Savior we serve is right there for everyone to see. It is said that keyword1 are “read” by 3,000 people before they wear out.
That means we can practice by becoming a walking billboard. If you need inspiration, think of the words of the great apostle Paul who told the Corinthian church, that we are to consider ourselves “Christ’s ambassadors… as if God was making his appeal through us.”
There’s an old cliche that says that the Christian may be the only Bible some people read. How much easier it is if there’s a Bible verse across our shirt.
Sharing Christ involves a lot more than just talking. It means being lights in a dark world. And in today’s T-Shirt culture, what better way that wearing our witness. That’s called lifestyle evangelism.
Hillary Clinton Has No Healthcare Plan
June 24th, 2007 by Red and Blue News Editor
New hopeful Democratic Presidential nominee Hillary Rodham Clinton says that if elected, she will deliver on a new universal healthcare system. The problem is, she doesn’t have a plan.
Today on Good Morning America, Hillary focused her thoughts on talking about a new universal healthcare plan she intends to implement if elected president. The problem is, she doesn’t have a plan.
Hillary went on to explain that she has “learned a lot” from her husbands failed attempt at a legitimate universal healthcare system.
Hillary said, “I believe the American people are going to make this an issue. I believe we’re in a better position today to do that than we were in ‘93 and ‘94. … It’s one of the reasons I’m running for president.”
Although Clinton says that she will deliver on a new universal healthcare system, she doesn’t know what it is yet. Recently when questioned by a citizen at a town hall meeting to divulge the specifics of her new universal healthcare plan, she said that “The reason I haven’t set out a plan and said here’s exactly what I will do,”, is because she wants to hear from voters and get their opinion on what type of plan Americans would favor.
I am glad to see that Hillary has such confidence that she will deliver a new universal healthcare plan, even though she doesn’t even know what it is yet. I’m sure Clinton’s plan, if it ever comes out, will look something like John Edwards plan but will better hide the “inevitable” tax increase. This will of coarse give greater appeal to the conservative voters who cringe at the thought of tax increases. These are the same voters she tried to win over by sending out a press release stating that she became a born again Christian.
